WHAT IS BLENDED LEARNING?
Blended learning is using a combination of different delivery modes to share the information with the learner.
It has become more diverse due to the accessibility of eLearning and online tools through our Smartphones.
The theory behind blended learning is to deliver a topic in a way that appeals to all learning styles. For example, some of us learn best when the information is delivered verbally; some need to read or write the information to fully understand it; others may respond best from seeing visuals such as diagrams or videos; and some need to physically do a task in order to embed their understanding. Many of us are a combination of all styles but with a stronger preference towards one style.
Understanding blended learning will emphasise the need to incorporate a variety of delivery methods to ensure all learners are engaged.
At Max. Headroom a blended learning approach is factored in to all our training design.
