Hi, I'm Benita and I'm here to help you with any administration support and training design that you may require for your business!
I set up Max. Headroom Ltd. in 2015 in response to a demand for my continued expertise from companies I had previously worked for.
My background is in training design and delivery. I am passionate about learning and love creating training resources that engage learners to grow their knowledge. I also enjoy working on process improvement, and have lots of experience in creating great induction programmes for new employees.
Originally from the UK, I have worked across many different industries including sales, aviation, construction, primary industries and aged care. This exposure has taught me what best practice looks like, and I'm happy to share this with you.
No job is too small for me to undertake, and I'm keen to take on regular tasks or one-off projects.

Max. Headroom is based in Christchurch, and provides a business administration design and support service.
As a visual thinker, I take a creative and practical approach to designing solutions that are relevant and user-friendly.
I use plain English and focus on simplicity and clear messaging. I pride myself on my accuracy, and take a professional approach to delivering my work on time.

My background in training design and delivery enables me to create effective blended learning solutions. This includes:
Face-to-face workshop design
Post-course feedback surveys
I am detail-focused and ensure all documentation is accurate and formatted to a high professional standard.
I can undertake:
The design/redesign and layout of business manuals such as standard operating procedures, operational processes, training guidelines, etc.
The creation of templates for forms and documents such as checklists, assessments, etc.
The simplification of process documents using infographics

Consider me being an extra pair of hands to assist you in any administration tasks that you need to keep on top of.
This may include:
The transfer of original hard copy documents into soft copy editable versions
The creation of eBooks to replace company manuals, health and safety guidelines, etc.
Composing formal correspondence
Weekly or monthly tasks
My charge is dependent on the type of work I'm engaged to do.
Project work is best priced as a whole, whereas individual tasks are charged at an hourly rate.
Business administration tasks - $35/hour
Documentation design - $50/hour
Workshop/training resources - $70/hour
Once I have a good understanding of the work required, I will be better placed to discuss a favourable rate.
